Bielema just offered DT Collins.
Also Nebraska's secondary is going to be much better next year with Jackson/s and cooper on the field. I thought for sure they would put Alonzo Moore in the secondary of course I thought the same thing of Bronson marsh. I still think Marsh should be a Safety he is very athletic hate to see his talent sitting on the bench
i'm gonna puke if I hear someone talk about stars again.
Scout has us at #12 right now jjm..
Scout evaluates talent much better in the north
Nebraska will NEVER have a top 5 class and never has..
Ye are the one who always said that the recruiting services are accurate for the most part when rating players en sech.....
don't worry about it Brasky its way over your head I'll send you a big box of extra large crayons and some stickers
Yeah but nowhere in there did talk about stars.
It's a lot more complicated than that.
The amount of 3 stars they give out..... You can have a huge discrepancy in talent between two 3 star players.
For example, more often than not, a purdue 3 star is not gonna look the same as a Nebraska 3 star
While it's true that Great recruiting classes don't guarantee you National titles, they do guarantee you a chance at one. Conversely in the last 8 years a class average anywhere over 11.5 in the country has guaranteed you WON'T win a national title.
Let's look at the National champs from 2004 to present and their respective recruiting classes that comprised those championship teams using rivals rankings. Rivals began ranking classes in 2002. I'll even add Nebraska's avg class ranking through the same years for comparison.

Avg Ranking: 3.6 Nebraska's Avg: 21.6
The average ranking of the classes that made up these National Championship teams is 7.4
Nebraska's avg through these years is 24.4
The numbers speak for themselves. The odds are and have been HUGELY stacked against us winning a national title.
This years team class avg is 24. Right on par with where we've been.
