I want Priest Willis. That is my main target right now for 2013. Mainly because we stand a good chance with him since he grew up following the Huskers en sech......

He runs a 4.4 40.......4.19 shuttle.......is 6'2" 200 lbs..........and looks honey badgerish.

That's shit, I did better than that in HS. Granted I was a few LB's lighter back then, pounds not actual linebacker's, I don't want to get hit in the eye with goddamn fish.

They never even said what he ran right here in this very race ye posted.......but he beat the entire field thar.

Rivals just says 4.42.......so that must have been his fastest recorded time somewhere.

A few players to be excited about:

J.J. Gustafson - 6'6" 265 OT........offers from several schools including Arkansas, Clemson, Michigan, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Texas A&M.........

His father grew up in Beatrice. Kid has been to many Husker games in his life. Said his dad is going crazy over the fact that he has a Nebraska offer. This kid should be a "4-star" prospect.

Kenny Lacy - 6'5" 260 OT.........ranked 122 overall and is an early 4-star according to Rivals. Marcel Jones is his cousin, and Avery Moss and Todd Peat are two of his close friends.

Priest Willis - 6'2" 200 DB...........ranked 84 overall and is an early 4-star according to Rivals. Good friends with Toby Wright (old Husker). Wright told him the other day there is no other place to play in the country.

Evan Lisle - 6'6" 265 OT..........rankd 83 overall and is an early 4-star according to Rivals. He takes religion very seriously, and his pastor is an avid Husker fan .........hey, sometimes these things really make a difference.

Chase Abbington - 6'4" 210 ATH...........has offers from Arkansas, Iowa, Missouri, and UCLA. Is projected to be a 4-star. Rivals says he runs a 4.4 40. His coach grew up in Nebraska and is a huge Nebraska fan, and is telling him there is no other place to play.

We usually have about 1 or 2 bluechip players who have some sort of connection to Nebraska..........but for the 2013 class we have 5 legit ones right there......and there are a couple more that I didn't even mention because the jury is out on whether or not they are bluechip material.

Needless to say, Nebraska has a good history landing players with Husker connections (with the exception of Andrus Peat )........so we have a chance to make it a special class. Word is that Bo and staff are really making recruiting a priority finally, and they're busting their ass for 2013.
