Nebraska has settled for a 2-star DE.

If we were reaching at other positions, I would have no problem........

But a solid Defensive Line is what leads to Championships. When you have a great Defensive Line, you can make up for all of the other areas where you lack. The opposite is not true. You can put bluechip athletes all over the field on both sides of the ball, but if you have an inept Defensive Line, you go nowhere.

So that is why I'm doggin'. No matter which guy we ever pick up, you're gonna sit here and tell us that this guy is a diamond in the rough. The thing is though, none of these guys have turned out to be diamonds. The best players we've had in recent years have been pretty damn predictable.

We need to develop them. And a lot of that has to do with strength and conditioning first.

Sounds like Qualls may be cancelling his visits and firming up his commit to uw, strangely it's his HS coach that's recruiting for uw the hardest and pushing him to recommit.

I can understand them though. It's as big a decision as joining the military regarding going away from the familiarity of home. They'll be gone at least 4 years.

The unknown can be a bit scary for someone 17-18 y/o.
