I'm sick of his idiotic comments, he's a national commentator, I would expect a network commentator to show less favoritism to one team or the other. He shows favoritism no matter which teams are playing, not just the Pens.

Wait til next round if you play BOS

This game is tight. No one can get any room to make an actual play. Love the Pens' support exiting their own zone to be sure they get it out safely.

How did it take that long to see the too many men?

Not to be confused with...

Oshie may be next up for a day off after that one...

Good job by Letang to wait until just after the puck crossed the goal line to drop the gloves.

Nahhh. I'd be shocked. Dick move though.

It's exactly the kind of hit the league says they want to stop. Late, Charging, Left his feet, went high and about 80 feet from the puck.

Wheel O' Justice may still be on Tom Wilson mode.

Plus, I am given to understand the league wants to give all the breaks to the Penguins. :thumb:

Side note Kessel is not healthy. Avoiding contact, no speed and is really laboring out there.

I think his injury happened in the second last game of the season. I remember there was debate whether they'd rest him his last game, given that he's one of the NHL's "iron man" leaders. Speculation is that it's something mid-body, like a rib or hip injury. He just doesn't have his usual jump, or snap on his shots.

Oshie may be next up for a day off after that one...

He really leaped, but no head contact / injury. Won't get a second look. Don't really know what he was thinking, they could still tie at that point, and even if he doesn't get a penalty, he risks suspension if Letang gets hurt.

Good job by Letang to wait until just after the puck crossed the goal line to drop the gloves.

But did Letang know? I don't give him that much credit.

Haven't seen the Caps that bottled up in a period in a long time. Gotta give props to the bad guys

It's a good series. I think the teams have been pretty evenly matched these past few seasons, and the tide can seemingly turn on any shift.

Here's the Oshie hit if anyone wants to see. I could see them giving a fine, just as a heads-up, but no way Oshie misses time for that. But again, not sure what he was thinking, especially after Wilson's suspension. If Letang gets hurt - or even just fakes it for a day or two - he's missing multiple games. No reason to do that (anytime really) at this point in a close series.
