I caught the last couple of innings and that was very exciting. Knew when they intentionally walked a hobbled Beltre they were going to be in trouble. Can't really keep a team full of such good offensive players down for very long. Look forward to them thrashing Verlander tomorrow.

Yeah I am watching but that Cardinals bullpen always makes me extremely nervous. Especially Motte. Guy can throw a 98 mph fastball 5 straight times and then groove a 92 mph one that gets crushed. Don't like close games.

He is still far from polished. A converted catcher and yes, he has absolutely filthy stuff. In fact, their entire bullpen excepting Rhodes have unbelievable talent. Right up there with the Rangers in my opinion. Underachieving team of the year. That is a 100 win team that barely made the playoffs and only won 90.
