Do you guys think Fister looks much improved over when he pitched for Seattle. I always liked him a bit but I think his pitches have better action than they did. I bet they made a mechanical adjustment. Could be because he gained some confidence with that great defense.

i think you may have a point about his mechanics but i also think that getting out of Seattle had something to do with it too
