He should not have been behind the wheel in the state he was in, but I am a little more relieved that he wasn't out partying and got behind the wheel. I don't know what the hell would make him think he could drive, but it seems like someone didn't have an eye on him and he made a terrible decision in his medicated state.So in your opinion it's okay that he was impaired by drugs instead of alcohol.
So you feel better that he became impaired without partying.
