I can't tell from this stream, but does the ball hit the ground? I can tell it popped out, but it never looked clear in the replays to me if it the ground caused it or not.

I saw the contact from Jones, but that didn't seem like the impact was on the helmet. It looked like their helmets just touched after he made the hit. I'm not saying it was a bad call, but it seems lame to me.
