And I say this, having had an avatar with a picture of him "Griffin-ing" (Remember when Griffining was a thing?) and the tag line said "worth the pricetag" back in 2012. No one was a bigger fan than me.

Since the Seattle game, just about nothing has gone well or shown me that he was in fact worth the price tag. I'm now hoping he can improve to be considered a good value, but back in 2012 I was convinced he was. He has regressed since then. Its a valid concern.

Throw out the percentages b/c we are playing in the worst division in football. We better get a win so the Philly game could actually be a turning point in our season. If we lose Sunday, changes should be made.


Does Gruden have the balls to bench RG3 if we go 0-2 and the offense puts up 7-10 points? I believe the season would have been different if we benched RG3 last year. I hope we don't have to talk about this on Monday. We better win Sunday.

The other item was something I talked about non-stop last week on ESPN 980 and wrote about here in our Redskins-Texans game preview and that was the usage of the triple-stack receiver formation and the 3 x 1 receiver alignment.

I thought the Redskins were going to use both and they actually did. They did it a few times and had tremendous success with it.

He may have the balls, but he's also got the brains to realize that that's a really stupid idea. He has committed to playing this RG3 thing out. Playing it out is not 2 games.
