Nope, drink coffee as well. Not excessive amounts like daily, but I do drink coffee.

I disagree with your assessment of alkalinity balance. The stomach works best at pH 1.3 to 1.5. It is designed for acidity. If the goblet cells do their job, your stomach should be fine.

My mom went through it about 15 or so years ago. First thing I told her was,"You'll beat this, you're tough. You raised me, so you had to be.

Not if you get tested regularly and catch it early. It is totally curable if you catch it early DJ. The longer you let it go, the chances of dying from it increase.

Any fruit or veggie juice is good. If you want a bunch of veggies, V-8 is the best. Grape and Cranberry are good as well. Grape has resveratrol in it as well as the grapes. Resveratrol is a natural anticarcinogenic agent, so yep it is a good juice to drink. Cranberry is good as well.

I read about it a few years ago that it is the #1 reason men die. It's above heart attack, which surprised me.
