Good if the kid wants it, bad if the parents force it on them.

My daughter goes to school for half a day at the Columbus zoo learning statistics, zoology and various sciences. For some kids an alternative environment that they get into on a number of levels just works.

But as keny said, only if the kid wants it.

That's awesome 43. It's all about keeping the kids interested in learning.

Seems a bit much for most but sometimes kids find "their thing" early. Generally you'd like to see kids exposed to different things at least through HS
