Just now catching up. I know the area. Wouldn't be too hard to end up in the river if you were drunk enough, especially now that a lot of the university has started to build toward the river in their part of town. That would be a pretty horrible way to go. I feel sorry for the Philbins.

they found the body .. my heart goes out to the parents .. no one should have to bury their own child .. that just sucks .. my prayers and thoughts to the family

this is disturbing, but one of my fears every year when i see all that ice on the river, and when i see all those shanties on lake winnebago.
