I enjoy reading pro's and con't. I usually don't comment on it, but thanks for putting the time in to it.

Thank you, I just thought people looked at it and thought it was "typical me" (can't go 3rd person there) rambling, which I do tend to do. ;)

Saying we are only going to beat Kansas and Colorado by 1 point and lose to A&M by is not being realistic about our chances. It is just being reactionary and dumb.

I have said since before the season that the A&M game scares me more than any other game on the schedule. It still scares the hell out of me.

To say that we will only beat Kansas and Colorado by 1 point is just being dumb. We could start Cody Green and beat them by more than that. And that is saying something.

FYI, Iowa St is not a terrible team like Kansas and Colorado is. Then add in the QB we started yesterday, Niles Paul being on the field, and that spells a close game.

I think you were at the bar I was yesterday. There was a guy sitting at the bar bitching and moaning on every single play. There was a 3rd and about 4 in the second quarter and we threw a pass to Kinney to our sideline about 6 yards down field and Kinney flat dropped it after hitting him right in his hands. This guy at the bar started screaming at the TV about how dumb it was to call that play with Cody Green in there and this and that. He was just a big douche magoosh and a complete idiot. Was that you?

Hey Jed, I'm not dumb enough to go to a stinky bar and get drunk just to watch a Nebraska game.

Another thing, I figured you would be smart enough to figure out that I was exaggerating about 1 point wins over terrible teams like KU and CU.

NU was in control 24-10 and should have won the game by at least 17 points or more because ISU is a very average team at best. All one has to do is look at what good teams, not great teams have done to them this year... OU 52-0, Utah 68-27. NU is a good team and nothing more, yet there seems to be many problems that the coaches can't iron out, for who knows why not.

Usually when I go to a bar on game day there aren't a bunch of people walking around slobbering and pissing all over themselves. People drink, but for the most part people are more interested in watching the game rather than getting pass-out drunk before the game even starts.

Bar environments are awesome for Husker football games.

Yes...... Usually when I go the bar to watch a game- it isn't much different than going to the stadium....... a bunch of 50+ year olds telling me to sit down........

I've been to Memorial stadium, I've been to bowl games, and I've been to title games and I've had to deal with drunks so I figured if I had to deal with drunk NU fans at those places, then surely I would have to at bars where drinks are readily available.

I went to the 2006 Big 12 title game and all of a sudden someone twisted my cap and covered my eyes. I figured it was someone I knew, but to my disbelief it was a drunk NU fan whom I had never met before. I asked the guy why he did that and he said he was just fucking with me. I then told him he doesn't want to fuck with me, just fuck with his buddy next to him.

Luckily for him, he left me alone after that.

Meh.......if I let that kinda stuff bother me I think my blood pressure would be through the roof and I'd die young of a heart attack. I've got bigger fish to fry than to worry about some random dude who isn't trying to hurt me
