Gruden has to give the team a new look from him, that easy going style is now being reflected by our offensive guys. Notice the aggressiveness that is being shown by Manusky's guys? We need that type of attitude on offense.

The team is breaking in a LOT of new players. Two WRs, hell Grant is now a starter. So much Chicken Little the sky is falling. Anyone notice Pryor and Cousin's got better together in the 2nd half other than the one drop? This is going to take time. Did you wonder why Grant got so many chances? Could it be he and Cousin's are familiar with each other?
