This is why Oklahoma should have been in the playoffs

I don't get all the hate the Buckeyes are getting. And why Oklahoma and Michigan both think they would have done better. OSU beat both of them in the regular season, demolishing Oklahoma. While Michigan's defense is great, the offense is atrocious, and with Speight, there's no way they would have done better against Clemson. Oklahoma is a good team, that may or may not have a better offense (we'll see against Auburn, they were dominated in their two games against tough opponents), but their defense is absolutely lousy. Besides, I'm pretty sure everyone's sick of Clemson blowing out Oklahoma in the postseason by now.

A lot of Oklahoma fans feel that they are quite better than they were in the first few weeks, which is a distinct possibility. We will get a better picture of where we are after tonight.

Westbrook didn't come on until the texico game because of injury, the OL was a mess, and they didn't gel defensively until the last 4 games of the season.

They can't overlook that we lost 2 games.

It's fun to wax philosophic though. I think we would have offered a better game than Ohio State put out on the field against Clemson, but only because we're more multi-faceted on offense.

I feel pretty good after seeing what Oklahoma St did to Colorado and what Kansas St did to A&M. Obviously the Big 12 has been under valued.

I addressed this in another thread how it's virtually impossible to field a top 25 defense in the Big 12 due to all the fast paced, no huddle offenses. Put some of these Big 12 schools in a conference where the offenses are complete shit every Saturday, oh let's the BIG for example & several Big 12 schools would have defenses ranked in the top 15 easily.....
