Perspective is everything when it comes to QBs. I'm sure that the fans in Viking land see Kirk as a sucky QB because of the money that he's paid and the lack of playoff wins and titles. That said, put Kirk on that San Francisco squad and they would already be fitting him for his yellow jacket. FIT matters and so does having a management team that knows how to structure the team around a QB like Kirk. Both Washington and Minnesota failed miserably on that count and just as QBs get too much credit for wins and too much blame for losses, that same psychological dysfunction applies to QBs who command top salaries, markets notwithstanding.

This is exactly true Sty . The same type of performances, same crap drafting , same free lancing , same lack of preparation, clock management, miscommunications still plague the team

While Whitmore might have had a point about Dak’s ability to see only half the field, saying that he sucks was just pure haterade.
