Sir, including Iowa in your statement would be like including the aggies in the big XII south. Most of the time they are shit, but once every 10 years they make a run. Now they are the sec problem.

I was thinking this morning. If paterno covered up the 98 incident and its possible he molested in the 80s, maybe paterno knew then as well? Which means they might not have gotten into the big ten. So much more that we don't know about.

The NCAA's penalties these days are pretty weak, they look more and more stupid every time they try and lay down the law with a one or two year bowl ban, and a couple ships reduction. There is just as little incentive for programs to stay away from child r*pe as there is recruiting violations. Pretty sad organization all the way around.

Give them the death penalty and take someone who is willing to join the conference immediately. Restructuring the schedules would be too tough. Just plug them into Penn St's schedule and rework the deals.
