I can't believe that Norv Turner got fired today. Always thought he was great as an OC just never as a HC. Wouldn't mind him being brought onto the Broncos staff at some point.

Yeah I spoke too soon before I knew the story. Still a little foggy what all went down. At one point I heard he had some health concerns and then heard he was just in disagreement of how the system should be run and just was frustrated with the tension.

I told my wife just watching everything unfold on tv I felt like I was watching a Bronco game from last year with all the back and forth of who will win. Glad the election is over as never been more tired of politics than right now but I do believe that the political structure and how an election is run could change over the next few years because of what happened this year.

Well at least there was an end game glad he was working towards something ... most of these guys have no ideah ... Marshal is still all class .

He is one of the few that has actually been very active in trying to bring about change to go with his decision to kneel. I have loved that he has not only donated money towards the cause but has been very active in talking with police to find better solutions and with the Denver Police Department actually now putting out new training towards working with minorities I would say Marshall has been a great advocate for change. Honestly I have grown to respect him more through this whole thing. I don't agree with his decision to take a knee but if it is backed up with action I'm a lot more understanding towards it.
