I would say for Deion he wants to go down as a legend. I do think Colorado could give him a decent opportunity to accomplish that, but the organization doesn't have the money of some of the SEC or even Big10 programs. I know most Colorado media people don't expect him to stick around long-term.

Just the way he talks is a lot like Harbaugh. It would be easy to shut down rumors by just saying directly I'm not going anywhere. But Harbaugh and Sanders both like to include some exceptions. "i'm happy where I am but never say never" kind of things that they include.

Oh yeah, Deion is a way different person then say a Ferentz. You know there are a couple HC jobs that Deion would hop on right away. While he won't take a lateral movement or anything like that, IMO it is going to have to on a much bigger stage for him to leave Colorado and eventually that could happen. If he has continued success he won't be at Colorado forever, IMO.... I do think there are several colleges who want nothing to do with his big personality though.

I don't think people are claiming to be an expert of any individual person, just sharing their opinion.

LGM is a Mingone expert though.

Its not like there isn't decades of past behaviors and decisions to fall back on when coming to a conclusion. People are what they do repeatedly.

Another expert steps to the fore. LOL I agree with your reasoning, you are just wrong on your premise.

Based on past decision making - the next KFC commercial will have JuJu and Prime huddling and talking over some KFC restaurant table - when 3 other customers arrive - which turn out to be Deione's sons - who are wondering why they didn't get invited to meet over at KFC - like they used to. Strange vibes like Shedeur - Bucky and Shilo have been replaced.

HC income for Deione Sanders is a sideline income - he makes much more on his endorsements and branding. The college football audience is bigger than the pro football audience which helps his brand. Deione Sanders is also not much of a coach - he is the CEO of a college program that uses the football program to build men. Everything that happens on that football team in terms of football success comes from the coaches and front office people he gets hired. What he wants and how he wants it is important, but they are touches around the edges. College football is like the wild west right now - anything goes and Prime thrives in that chaos.

There is actually nothing the Prime does as a Head Coach that transfers to the pro game. Pro players aren't interested in being mentored - pro- players aren't going to want to shout back Good Morning every time Prime shouts - however many times he decides to shout it. Prime is not going to lecture pros on the meaning of Commitment or Character. Asst. NFL coaches aren't going to want Prime to interrupt their practice to call a player over to give hints HOF pointers. Then strap on a NFL commissioner who gets to decide what is best for the game and a stultifying rules book the NFL engages in like the salary cap. Why would he go - based on past behaviors?

I want to congratulate PFF for evaluating the Broncos roster after training camp and announcing the Bronco's roster to be the worst in the league. How does that taste fellas?

I would bet they have that hanging somewhere in the locker room as motivation. They were not the only outlet to say such a thing, but crazy to think where this team is at. So many questions heading into the season and thankfully almost all of them have been answered in a positive light.

This has always been one of my favorites from Yahoo the day after round 1:

12: Denver Broncos: Bo Nix, QB, Oregon

“Quarterback thirst has officially gone too far. There’s simply no need for the Broncos to force this pick here. Nix does not have the profile of the QB who is going to save Denver. Bo Nix, Zach Wilson and Jarrett Stidham will battle it out this summer for the right to be the starter, but Nix is closer to being a backup in the NFL than a franchise starter. Grade: F”

How does crow taste for your Thanksgiving meal, Charles McDonald?

Even Travis Hunter thought he was going to the Broncos. ;)

Love the Sean Payton press conference quote: "You got to hand it to the Raiders - they came out fired up and ended up with a loss." LOL

Travis would be fun. Honestly I think if I were drafting him I would start him on defense. Gives the Broncos an incredible 1-2-3-4 at CB. Then have about 10-15 plays on offense a game designed for him to step on the field and make teams have to worry about what he could do. He is a good receiver but to me he could be a HOF CB.
