It is crazy to hear the differences between him and the other guys. I remember before Case Keenum got to town they talked about how he was the first QB since Manning that would sit with players during lunch. The others would grab their lunch and then go to a private room for the QB's. Knowing Russ knows where every player/coach is supposed to be at any given moment again shows those details. I remember they talked about how he knew every personnel person in the building when he came the first time after being traded. He had gone on the website and memorized every name with a face.

At practice there were a couple of times he scrambled and took off running. They would blow the play dead yet he would run the extra 50-yards to the end zone to simulate running for a TD. Only two other players were doing that throughout the practice. Heard the day before I got there that they had run a couple of pass plays that ended in incompletes. He took the receiver he was targeting to the side and talked about why they were not on the same page and would then run the route about 10 times to make sure they got on the same page.

When there was a big play on offense even if he wasn't the QB throwing he would run down the field to celebrate with teammates. Definitely different. I went to camp I think it was Lock's rookie year and just seeing the difference in a star QB being on the field is night and day.
