These bobsledders have a really unappreciated number of things they have to work out socially.

I was thinking about this concept of Consultant Coaches one on defense and one on offense. I wonder if these positions are consulting up to Paton as well as down to the position coaches. That would be an interesting management structure. It would certainly place Paton in control of everything. It also helps individual players in development - younger coaches in their development. It also takes some pressure off his Head Coach to succeed.

Then I think - whatever - I don't give a crap - just score 28 points a week and I'm more than fine.

Don't think that is a fair comment. Judging and razzin someone because they spell a name wrong are two different things. You can razz me all you want. I am not going to call you judgemental because of it. Mingo razzes me all the time I don't see you calling him judgemental... It's a dude thing. I don't feel I I form harsh or critical opinions of others... I'm not forming an opinion of someone because they spell a name wrong... Form now on I will let it go. No more razzin.
