This is the CU BUffs Strength and Conditioning Coach Shannon Turley. Turley was the S&T Coach for Stanford - around when Luck was at QB -during the most recent string of Stanford greatness on the football field. The Turley conditioned Stanford teams had healthy playing years - in other words significantly less injuries than everyone else. The reason for this success are the exercises he is going through in this video with the Buff's players - that stretch the muscles and the ligaments so a those things are more durable during the season. Turley got fired by Stanford at the height of his success at Stanford - for reasons never made public. So CU is engaged in a resurrection of his career.

JA'WUAN JAMEST, BALTIMORE RAVENS

Ravens signed RT Ja'Wuan James, formerly of the Broncos, to a two-year contract worth up to $9 million.​

Denver released James after he tore his Achilles training outside the team facility. The team voided his $10 million salary and recouped his signing bonus. James, 29, "still has to pass his physical with the Ravens, but it will not include his current injury and no issues expected," ESPN's Adam Schefter reported. A late-season return for James -- who opted out of the 2020 season -- is unlikely but possible. The Ravens most likely signed the veteran to start in 2022.
