Watched a documentary tonight on former Nebraska quarterback Brook
Berringer. He died in a plane crash when I was younger. I always remember the moment of silence for him during the draft. He and Tommie Frazier were always neck and neck for QB duties untik Frazier nearly won the Heisman. I remember him well. I did find out some interesting stuff during the documentary. The Denver Broncos were the most interested team during the draft process. Brook had died the day before he was likely to be selected and people near him claim Denver was the most likely to draft him. Also, Kyle Orton who is from a town right outside Des Moines, IA wore #18 because of Berringer in college and with a few teams in the NFL. (Not with Denver since it was retired) but with the Bears and Bills.

1. This is a free country, you are free to say what you want. Even a football coach.
2. This is a free country, highly rated recruits can attend whichever schools they want.
3. There will be a connection between #1 and #2 in Stillwater.

From what I read, it was 28 athletes, so that could be basketball players, volleyball players, soccer players, football players, etc. I didn’t see a breakdown as far as which sports teams. Regardless, it will be challenging...
