Problem I have with that interview is he doesn't even make it out to be a motivational speech for his own behalf..Whatever, Maybe he needs to be bitched slap like Pitkanen was, lol.

I honestly think he is trying to carry the weight and will not blame the D.

Again tonight, he maybe let in a weak goal or 2 but the defense decided not to show up again. Goalies want to be spectacular but they simply cannot do it all without a defense in front of them.

I don't blame him anywhere near as much as he blames himself and I am sure he will hear that from his coaches and teammates.

I respect Bryz for wanting to shoulder all the blame, but in the last 3 games 13 of the 19(or so) goals scored against the Flyers have changed directions on their way in at least 6 of them off Flyers D-men. The team has been horrible defensively they can't clear the puck, they can't clear the porch, and they have been making tons of blind first passes.

This team needs to do a gut check fast or else it could be a long November.

Well many of us thought the Flyers had solved their goaltending issues. I guess we were wrong. Bob 5 goals on 15 shots. Bryz 4 goals on 10 shots. It really doesn't get any uglier than that. I know Pronger might have helped some, but the Flyers just aren't getting it done defensively. Of course on the bright side the offense is on fire.

Bryz hasn't been bad at all, thats the weird part. He just hasn't been spectacular. Our problem has always been not having a goalie that makes the saves he should make. Bryz does that but then the tough goals go in.

Team have us figured out right now and we need to do something as a team to stop it.
