Did my first Sous Vide ribeye this evening. I halved & seasoned the ribeyes before sealing & freezing last week. Let one thaw this afternoon and left it in the bath for 1 1/2 hours while I mowed. Gave it a minute on each side on the grill. Tender… flavorful… perfect Medium Rare… I’m a believer. Still like using the Traeger for a little smoke but I have options now.
