We better hope this team doesn't just think they'll show up next week and play like the Pats did last night. They have some things to fix this week.
As I said, I don't think it's too big a deal they lost. I don't think it has much impact on the type of team they can be for the rest of the regular season.
But it stinks... It's a problem that we don't show up at all in these types of games. It's like having offensive line issues and never drafting a lineman.... Sooner or later you get frustrated seeing the same problems holding you back. And I think it's everyone's sense (right or wrong) that this team's mental toughness in big spots is what holds them back. So no, I'm not disappointed they lost - I'm disappointed they got hit by a truck. I had hoped this season would be a little different in that regard.

I agree with this too. It was embarrassing, and I am tired of them not showing up for primetime games. However, I think they are still on track for a 10-12 win season and playoff slot. Question will be again at that point, can they do anything about this problem they seem to have when the lights come on?
No, it's not the point where you tell people to leave if you don't like it. I was simply pointing out how ridiculous it is to make a statement that "you" are tired of something, as if you have control over the situation. I was simply making a point that following a team is the ONLY control you have as a fan.
However, it goes right along with the purvasive reaction on this board to anything negative that happens...chicken little. The sky is falling. I mean, who is really surprised the game turned out the way it did? I'm not. I saw it coming. Even said as much on the N.E. board...Trifecta of terror: Coming off a bye, in N.E, on SNF...it was bound to work against them because history says it would.

lol,....tonite = you guys should get your [tv-bricks] ready for trent-diffler, mort, and the rest of the ESPN/pundits who had us ~dead-n-buried~........*gggrrrr*.
And the QB. Dalton missed on quite a few big plays, and by a lot. Plays that could have had the game much closer earlier. The wheel route to Bernard comes to mind where he walks into the endzone if Dalton hits him wide open.
Where are the moderators?
lol,....thanx,.....I wasn't ''trolling'',....I was just being honest in pointing out how those ''dooshbagz'' on espn and other ~media~ outlets [locally/nationally] had the pats = dead-n-buried/they hate their coach....etc.,...!He didn't say one bad thing. He was basically saying, after NE got drug through the garbage last week on sports talk, to be ready for the pundits to leap off our bandwagon and give us the treatment. Because the media likes to overreact and sensationalize things to make people want to watch more.
It is not nearly as bad for us as it seemed, and it just goes to show, he was not as good as he had hoped either.
^^^^.....I think the owner [here] is the one with the glasses on if you want to put a complaint in [?].
No time to panic Cincy fans. New England is a pretty formidable team, one that is tough as nails at home and further they were a bit pissed at how KC dismantled them the week before.
3-1 is nothing to sniff at.
