The Senate passed it with a 21 - 10 vote and the assembly will surely pass it as it is easier in the assembly to get the needed votes

Good for Milwaukee since they are going to have a competitive team now.

either NBA needs an expansion team to put in Seattle, or move a team that doesn't have a strong fan base. Seattle deserves an NBA team.

If the NBA didn't allow the Hansen Group to buy the Kings over Vivek Ranadive, they aren't letting a franchise move to Seattle. That ownership group was hands down the best group to buy the franchise, even had a higher offer, and they still preferred Ranadive. Basically, Seattle's only option is expansion.

I have not heard specifics but it is somewhere downtown near where the current Arena is

I know that is the location they have been targeting, but wasn't sure if they have committed to that site.

I think it makes a lot more sense to build the arena just off I94 somewhere near Oconomowoc. I, like most of the Wisconsin population, am not a big fan of travelling into downtown Milwaukee.

Great to see, the Bucks are a great up and coming team, nice to see they'll stay in Milwaukee. Seattle probably gets an expansion team.

Maybe someone mentioned this already, but if and when Seattle gets another NBA team, they will be called the Supersonics, as Seattle still has rights to that name.
