He did a good job last season as the Raiders went 5-4 to finish the season but this season he has been a disaster.

As for the Bears that was my thoughts, and most everyone else's. But in looking back at that play again I'm not so sure much of that isn't on the rookie QB. I believe there were 32 seconds, that's enough time to get the team lined up, complete a 9 yard pass to get into field goal range and then call the TO. If they called their last one at 32 seconds the defense would have taken away the sidelines. So if they complete a pass inbounds is 32 seconds enough time to run that play and rush the field goal team out and then make the kick? That's asking for trouble IMO.

Very few pass plays take more than 7 seconds. So they would have had at least 25 seconds to get the FG team out there and get off a kick even if it was caught inbounds. That's plenty of time. Once they decided not to use the TO there it was up to Williams to get the play off quicker and he should have been able to do that. Idk what he was thinking going way downfield like he did. Zero clock awareness.. but he is a rookie. There's blame for both of them for sure.

Now why did Andy Reid waste a TO there? Depending on how this goes he might need his TOs. Both teams have wasted one.
