Packers got away with an off sides that wasn't called. It looked like the DE lined up on the neutral zone, could've been the camera angle, but stupid shit like that drives me nuts

I dont understand how the refs can hold up a play all the way up to the point of a delay of game forcing another team to call time out or get a penalty?
