almost everyone else was within 30 seconds of 12 minutes ... seem to remember always doing this run in highschool AND CRUSHING IT!!! lol

dont know if it was Torts inspired ... but the track run came after the VO2 Wingate testing ... on a 30 degree celsius day ... call him Johnny Torturous

they asked Ference in Edm about teams like the canucks using running and he said he didnt understand why a team would test using a run ... "we're hockey players ... not runners"

Here's hoping he doesn't kick Luongo off. He has used his account to engage fans, and change perceptions with his wit and splashes of humanity. It would be unfortunate if Tortorella curbed that with a point of view that's more befitting a disengaged, dopey, old man radio host.
