I think the season starts on time, the fans will be allowed back, maybe not to 100% capacity, but the stadiums will not be limited to the 6 feet Social Distance rule. Sports attendance is too big of a money maker for the government to limit.

I really have no idea if it'll be on time, but there's probably going to be no fans. Sounds like they'll schedule all the NFC/AFC games for the first four weeks because those are the easiest to clear if they need to shorten the schedule and that wouldn't require a re-shuffle.
