this is what the snyders , and posters on this board need to get a real dose of reality from.

we dont have talent

when they list amerson and breeland they are considered iffy but we at least treasure breeland

once snyder and the fan base realize this then and only then can you give guys like scotty a chance to rebuild this franchise right

and some of you dont want to hear this but if we ditch gruden after this season we are back to square one yet again

Just curious dad, why did you post an article about Moses being good or not coached properly but when you posted this article you did not mention this guy thinks Moses is not very good at all.

As far as not liking what these guys said I agree with them. The dysfunction in this organization is why this team is not any good. There are some here that don't want to hear that but you can go all the way back to Marty to watch it happen. Marty brings in his guys, one year later they are trying to bring in players Spurrier wanted, two years later they were tossing those guys aside for players Gibbs wanted. Not a recipe for success.

Yeah would have liked to see the young guys get a little more time

Agree & I have said as much when certain people were stating that the Redskins were real close to having a consistently contending team. This will take some time & people need to refrain from bitching after next season if (& likely when) they fall short in several areas. As long as they show progress & keep stockpiling young talent I will be relatively happy (although honestly I will still bitch somewhat).

This is also why I am not going to get too concerned over asst coach hirings & the progress of Gruden. If they don't work out so be it - move on & bring in a more competent staff next offseason. They should inherit a better mix of talent. By far the biggest pickup of the offseason appears to be the most qualified GM that this team has had in a very, very long time.
