TL;DR, I'll do the EAST. PR = Shadows Power Rating (out of 10).

(1) UGA - that D is stout, but only 3 points (TD was on a pick 6). JT Daniels averaged a measly 4.5ypa. But it's UGA and they always have good backs, Zamir White went for 5.7/carry. The reduced output could be an outlier due to Venables' legendary ability to prepare.
PR: 9.5
(2) UF 35-14 over FAU, another unimpressive QB stat line (Emory Jones 17/27 113 4.2 1 2 56.1), but 400 yards rushing. Not a good harbinger for replacing Trask. Defense had 6 sacks, 2 fumble recoveries, didn't allow a score till Q4.
PR: 8.8
(3) UK: Stoops brought in a new OC who apparently doesn't see passing as a last resort. Will Levis averaged 14.7 ypa and had some nice deep throws. D gave up 87 yards, this team could be a renegade contender.
PR: 8.68
(4) (tie) Tenn: Viles 38-6, but Bowling Green went winless last year. QB looks to have struggled (Joe Milton III 11/23 140 6.1 1 0 31.4), but 326 yards on the ground.
PR: 6.2
(tie) USC: 46-0 over EIU, first shutout since 2008, but the OL struggled blocking and in pass protection in the 1st half before wearing them down in the 2nd. Marshawn Lloyd's debut was unimpressive, but Keven Harris will return this week or against UGA. Zeb Noland was a solid game manager, but Doty will probably start on his return. The D was solid, better DL play than we've seen in years. But in general, the line play wasn't up to SEC specs.

(tie) Mizzou struggled a little 34-24, but C. Mich was the best opponent of these 3. Got decent QB play from Connor Bazelak and 9 sacks. Seems like MO always has some pass rushers. None of these teams distinguished themselves, more data is needed.
PR: 6.2
(7) Vandy, 23-3 loss to ETSU, I think it's time to admit they're just in it for the Benjamins. 3 turnovers and 0 sacks.

What the hell is a degree in American culture?? And how do you go to college 3 years and still have 3 years remaining eligibility? I heard another announcer on Saturday describe a player as a 7th year senior forget which game though. I think it was rutgers v mich not sure

Obviously atm vs Texas should be back first...
Does lsu vs arky move back into thst spot?
That leaves okla vs mizzou as the final matchup.
