You CANNOT trade a 4th and 6th for a 3rd and 8th, those kind of trades are a NO

You CAN trade picks in the same round, if for instance Shane and Milk wanna trade their 1st picks blindly, that I will allow.

I can definitely second this. Teams shouldn't be revealed until after a winner. Matchups would be Team 1, Team 2, etc.
