I'm not a fan of these kind of "imaginary - let's invent a trade" ideas. However, it's natural that people would begin to put 2+2 together with both Mack/Smith at a stalemate with their teams. Oakland was also high on Smith during the draft process.
I can't envision it... but it could be good for a thread.
If Khalil Mack is on the trade block, should the Bears pounce?
I still don't think this is a full blown ordeal - but it's treading close to that territory now. I think the trade hypotheticals are silly... but there is something to say about the positive vibes surrounding this team and having players who WANT to be here.
