If they are smart, that's what they will do. They have many more holes to fill besides QB before they are a competitive team.

Browns have the Eagles' selection, #12 overall I think, so they could take him there as well.

Based on what I read, pre title game, there were strong disagreements in the scouting community about Watson but some think he is as good as Jameis Winston. I don't see that personally, but people reach for QBs all the time and I think he will be a first round pick unless some off the field stuff comes up.
