Yea, there will never be another guy like him, he was decades ahead of his time.

I agree w/ that. To this day 1 of my favorite NFL highlights was when he ran over the Boz like a freight train. Too bad that hip injury cut his career short. I liked his commercials w/ Bo Diddley back in the day.

Boz got a bad wrap because of how he acted on the field, but by all accounts, he was a great guy off the field, which no one really ever got to see and he was out of the league before anyone could really find that out.

Heard the same thing. Also if I remember he was pretty good @ marketing himself as the bad guy & made a good amount of money from it.

They came out with a film called Brian and the Boz, basically shows how the Boz was all a persona.

As of right now he's the 2nd QB on the board and projected 45th overall
Pocket presence and deep ball leave a lot to be desired in terms of consistency. Too many times he bails from the pocket early and his deep ball isn't nearly as accurate as I would really like. I like what I see mostly out of him outside of that. I think 2nd round is probably his true value but I'd be willing to go out on a limb for him in the bottom of the first for the 5th year option ala Bridgewater.

I've seen most of the 30 for 30's but must have missed that one, I don't remember it. I'll have to find it & watch it.

Most people have only seen him play twice, last night and last years natty game, so I'm not surprised so many people think he's superman, he's great, but he's far from perfect.

My favorite 30 for 30 is the one about Marcus Dupree

Is there a better evaluator than two games against Alabama, the toughest competition with likely the highest concentration of future pros in the NCAA?

I need to figure out what his release time looks like along with delivery in the pocket, but if those check out I'd take a flier.

Well I can tell you he's a god around these parts. If I ever wanna get into a fight all I have to do is head to downtown Boulder & start yelling...Elway's a horse-toothed jackass!

watching him play all year and realizing he makes a lot of mistakes.

Some people play better when the spotlight is shining on them, every week in the NFL isn't the national championship, he's going to make a lot of mistakes, he did all year, he had 17 interceptions this year, he also made tons of errant throws.
