For those here who wanted a trade down, the ONLY possible QB with a move like that would have been Penix, who would have been the better more polished choice but also made it necessary to draft a stud right tackle, because he's left-handed.

I don't think that he's falling. The Vikings will take him (an over-draft) but his proper evaluation is round two.
