Doubtful. But then again I'm judging my belief off of a singular tweet sentence and not having read anything else about it. A "uniform change" could mean a multitude of things, and not necessarily anything drastic.

I think the best uniform change (improvement) was when the bengals went from the bland uni's where it just said Bengals on the side of their helmet, to the bengal stripes.

I always liked the Bengals uniform... apparently I'm in the minority as so many dislike or think it's Halloween colors (I'm like, WTF? It's a tiger.. .black orange, and white you dolts).

Anyway, I agree with you the striped helmets are cool.
