based on what I saw from a small sample volume I would have to agree. I would put the north right now as far as shotgun reaction Washington, Stanford, Oregon, Cal, Oregon State, WSU. but if WSU pulls it out then they go ahead of Beavers based on winning.

UW couldn't get a run game going against Rutgers. That's at least some small concern. And they are still searching for that 3rd and medium/long possession receiver. Ross exploded today, but there's still plenty to question on that offense.

Yes but I saw all the north teams play and thats just what I think right now again small sample volume. Washington looked better than Stanford to me. both still have some question as all the teams do. It took Oregon some time to click and they were still inconsistent and made stupid mistakes Cal's defense left me less impressed than Oregons. Beavers actually looked generally better than I thought they would but I also think i was over estimating how good Minn was going to be. WSU just appears to be cougn it then again they lost to Portland State last season then won 9 overall so who knows.

The Ducks o-line seemed to gel a bit as the game went on, but it was still UC Davis, so...

I would agree with Oly, though. Washington does seem to be on top of the PAC 12 North heap after week one.

Was kind of expected given that we had a returning QB and more returning starters than I think anyone else in the north.

Question is going to be how long until Ferd and Oregon's deep but young talent catches up and will it come before our teams clash next month.

Have to think given their deeper talent overall that the potential to advance faster/farther is there for both.

Should be a fun ride this year for most of the North.

Oregons O line and then like I said stoopid mistakes fumbles muffed punt running into own player on sweep. defense was still inconsistent as ever but came in under the avg numbers that they gave up for yards and points last season. Its something. but it was Davis so yeah

I really should have passed out. Wife pretty much forced a couple of energy drinks down my throat. I'm going to crash so hard when they wear off. I really did drink way too much before the game. Swigging straight vodka.
