Not sure what to make of all of this. Don't like it though.

A little beyond what is in the linked story. He got his expulsion stayed, but apparently has been told by the school that USC will comply with the judges order and allow him back in school, but not on the football team. He is supposed to be filing tomorrow to have that stayed as well, so that he can play football.

Apparently, this is outside of anything Sark or even Pat Haden, can decide on and is solely under the purview of the Title IX investigator.

If USC has evidence that the kid did what he's accused of, they should present it and be done with him. If they don't, then they should completely re-instate him.

If that's the case, that's some bullshit right there. If Dad doesn't want guys in college making passes at his daughter, he should probably look into her getting an online degree.

I don't know where you guys are getting your info from but I am a Father of a young lady and if there were some sexual misconduct allegation made by my daughter, I would stand by her side whether charges were able to stick or not.

Also, the Title IX investigator who is specifically trained in this area found cause to suspend your TE. Why the support for this kid over supporting your Title IX investigator? Could it be Dr Allee wont be catching TD's for y'all?

Also, tf in your link, the woman involved here was a USC Athletic Trainer, not a student.

I just don't understand the collaborated effort to get this kid coming from within the USC family if there wasn't some teeth to the story.
