Huskies are losing a lot on the defensive side of the ball, especially DB positions. The offense will have to improve to make up for that. We'll be given some love the first week ranking, but we'll have to work even harder to win the north and PAC next year.

Yeah Stanford will probably be better and the Ducks have to be better they at least have a QB to build on.

Reports saying HC Chip Kelly and GM Trent Baalke to both be fired from the 9ers on Monday. LOL.

So it begs the question. Which NCAA team with crap academic standards, 0 cares about player behavior, and ok with using school funds to buy players will jump on Kelly after next season. My money would be on one of the Zonas or a tSEC "school".

Well that was crap. But Victor is coming back. Dawg fans you drop Victor to the San and let Beavers or Eifler slide into the middle LB slot?

Victor will shine no matter where he lines up. If Beavers can play solid at MLB sure.

I know this, every year so far it has looked like the D was losing major pieces and would be a question and every year they have improved no matter who they put in. Coach K will make the right moves.

Nice was there any others saying if there staying or going?
I believe Victor said he was coming back a few weeks ago.

There are 5 others that are at least exploring leaving for the NFL:
Budda Baker, Sidney Jones, Elijah Qualls, John Ross III and Vita Vea

I'd expect no less than 3 to go, and wouldn't be surprised if 4 or 5 went.

It would be stupid for Ross III and Jones to stay. With those injuries Ross had, why risk not getting your payday? And there isn't much more Jones can do at this level to impact his stock. Baker is smallish and it really depends on the safety depth and his projection, but I'd guess he will be going. He would probably benefit from staying, but his stock is fairly high. Qualls and Vea I don't really have a good read on. Qualls is projected as late first or early second round by some. Might make it too attractive to not take it.

Geography not a thing down there? :noidea:

Last time I checked LA isn't in the north.

If you read the article the oregon coach says "the PAC" goes through Washington. So your boy misquoted.

Do we really know Victor will be back? Has he said anything since he said he'll be back when he was pumped with morphine with a broken leg in the hospital?

I haven't seen anything since, but that injury at least would drop his stock a little so it would stand to reason a solid senior season could improve his stock quite a bit.

Well considering UW was both the north and Pac champs and the fact that the south has never won the conference since the split its not entirely wrong.

LOL. The article was right. The Husky fan misquoted. I stated USC did go through Washington. Other Husky fan chimed in without reading the article and now you. Even further off point. But thanks.

Um no, because you responded to what he said and he said the north. After pointing that out you tried to change the narrative because that's what you always do. And it didn't work.

Ducks and Stanford were clearly ahead for several years of any team in the south. USC shows signs that they might be on the rise to equal that. We will see how their staff does in year two and how they handle their development of Darnold. They don't need to jump a lot to reach that level. I'd love to see them in the CCG and I'm sure that would be a huge TV share.

I read the article that he posted. He didnt just give his comment. Plain and simple. Now the article has it both ways. So nobodys wrong.

"Watching the Washington game. Fires me up. Can't wait to build this defense. PAC 12 goes through Washington. I fully understand that!!"

The Ducks and Stanford kicked everyones ass for quite a few seasons. I'd never deny that.
