Are you sure you don't want somebody in your own weight class, like Purdue or Illinois....maybe Rutgers???
Hey, not everyone can be matched up with MAC teams in their bowl games, okay?

I survived fine, it was obvious from the kickoff that noone associated with Washington State, outside of fans, wanted to be there. Offensive players didn't want to play, coaches didn't want to coach. Most every school in the country their HC would lose their job losing to that Minnesota school but us Cougs just have to realize we are Cougs and it's ok to lose to a college team who couldn't win a Washington State HS title.

I understand the concept of being careful what you wish for...just pointing it out to him

It's not being careful what you wish for, it's noone on the Cougs even showed up to play a shitty team. Would they have cared more playing a real team, I'm sure they would have but they showed up, got their free shit, free vacation. They pulled a Fournette and McCaffery except they suited up.

Doesn't matter if they didn't take them seriously, that was a horseshit performance by a coaching staff and an embrassment to the fact those kids to go to college for free with effort like that.

For some reason, the coaches could not get the team ready for this game, that is what leach was speculating.

Williams is a stud. He single handily saved their season.

I still don't get why he retired early in the season. He's their best player. Was he retired from college and was still going to enter the draft or was he retired from football totally ? Any one know?

He was down on the depth chart, he was having some internal struggles and his heart wasn't in it anymore. Then everyone got hurt, coaches called and Williams had a change of heart. Now the kid is looking at a NFL contract.

I can't imagine they had better backs than him. He's got good size is explosive and hard to bring down. Maybe he knew how good he was and just couldn't figure out why others were playing ahead of him.
