I feel your pain. I went to Texas for the Alabama USC game. To add to that disaster of a game I had to buy another ticket the day of the game because my ex-buddy (RIP) left our tickets at the hotel room when we switched from hotel in Dallas to hotel in Arlington. Ouch!

Finally back to post after a humbling defeat. Can't believe I flew all that way to watch CU get smoked But it was a good time. Good thing is that I was pretty drunk by halftime so it didn't hurt so bad. Bad news is that drinks at Levi's stadium were like $14 each.

I know a lot of Buff fans are using the QB excuse. They all need to stop. UW owned both lines of scrimmage and I could tell very early that the game wasn't going to be close. That being said....I think we could have put up a better fight offensively with Montez as he's much more mobile and Sefo was a one legged INT machine out there. Good news, they didn't give up a special returns TD. Bad news, UW is gonna use this game tape to teach their young OL how to run block. Overall still a good season and I knew USC was going to the Rose after that performance. Saves me some money I guess, I ain't flying to San Antonio!

I'm on the UW bandwagon. Go Dawgs, take down the Tide I don't see it happening though...their DL won't be as welcoming as CU's was. Browning didn't impress me either. But anything can happen.

Congrats on a hell of a year man. And come on, I hear San Antonio is nice...

His life? lol. If you're a USC fan you like it when Notre dame loses and in this case doesn't go to a bowl. After getting beat for 13 (thats the number right?) years hell yeah he's supposed to feel good about finally beating Oregon and watching them tank this season. It's sports dude. Don't equate this to idiots who kill trees or key cars of other fans or throw objects. Nothing wrong with celebrating that your rival sucked that year.

yeah, she was a cutie. She said her parents encouraged her to go some place far for school. Whats funny is I met her before the game out by the beer stands before the game watching one of the previous games on a big screen. She said her friends were'nt really much into football but she wanted to watch this other game and so she was all alone. Really pretty girl and there was a couple Bama guys just staring at her. I'm not shy so I went up and started a conversation and we talked for like 30 min. I could see the three bama guys just staring at her so I yelled for them to come over so I could ask them a question just so they had an excuse to talk with her . They practically ran over. After they got into conversation about going to school at Bama I excused myself and let the kids talk. I was really surprised when she turned out to have the seat next to ours (we should have been in the USC section but lost tickets) . So i switched seats with my friend and got to enjoy getting our asses kicked next to her.

I'd call it familiarity, or at least that's why I'd pull for teams from out here. More that than conference rah rah bullshit.

I'll be rooting against SC, but then my son does go to Penn State so I have more than just my disliking of SC behind that.

There is no circumstance where I would ever root for Oregon in a bowl game. Laughing at them in a loss is just too much fun to pass up.

Stanford I have a lot of respect for and generally root for them especially when they play the Irish. The Oregon schools Ive never really given them much thought but the whole Nike thing the overhyped flash just rubbed me the wrong way. The Washington schools I also never really gave them much thought except when Washington was pulling a bunch of talent out of here in the 80s. So I have no problem pulling for them against Bama cuz I can't stand Bama. Being a former Marine I pull for Navy. My sons going to be in the drone program in the Marines sometime next year after he's gotten the required college credits so even more reason to pull for Navy.

I, for one, am rooting for as many B1G teams to lose as possible. Fuck them and their perceived worth. Fuck that team playing the bowl equivalent of our out of conference schedule, who is apparently real tough because they lost to every good team they played, I hope they lose to their MAC opponent. Fuck that team who got destroyed by Michigan before anyone thought they were good, and then weaseled one out against Ohio State so they can pretend they're a top 10 team. Fuck Michigan for acting like they have some terribly tough schedule for playing the above mentioned clowns. Fuck all of them.

Awesome. Thats a great program to have in your resume. My best friend is a Colonel In the Marines and pulled some strings to get my son in the drone program. Always love the Army/Navy game. It's on our bucket list.
