ya know i have been thinking about this psu stuff and how every one is saying that joe pa should have called the cops after the grad student told him what was going on .. the thing that strikes me is no one has thought of what the cops would have done ... they would have done nothing with out evidence because at that point .. it was nothing more than an accusation hearsay evidence.. nothing to arrest anyone on .. so joe pa used his chain of command .. he did nothing wrong ..
