I buy jiffy pie crust mix and on the box there is a recipe for sugar cookies,it tells you to chill the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes and then roll them out about 1/8 inch thick and cut them,you don't have to do that put them on a sheet and they will flaten out,,,,no kids here I don't need cute shapes
