Nope, tenth. The attacks occurred on 9/11/01. This is 2011. They have a ceremony every year.

I was thinking of going to Shanksville, PA that morning, to honor the heroes of Flight 93. Then maybe I'll double back to the Burgh, and watch the game with friends.
