Only thing I have tried, it's got some serious side effects. But I've never been allowed to take a lot of meds so I am cool. It's basically an anti-depressant.

Daughter joined me in the effort, she is on the patch. She is struggling with all the stress in her life but is trying and we are supporting each other. You can still smoke on both but I am beginning the cutback and need to determine a quit day.
