well neopolitan has no toppings, just crust, tomato, and real mozzarella

in Italy they dont slice pizza for you either they give you a fork and a knife ....

Neapolitan I like .. and if you order a calzone they put a ladle of tomato sauce on top in the middle .. us GI's used to call em elephant scabs
