I thought it was sad.

He loved being a Steeler and wanted to go out on his own terms. I'm sure taht he would have taken another pay cut and been happy being the 3rd or 4th receiver.

Poor guy, now all he has is dancing with the stars. LOL

2 rings and a SB MVP ~ not too shabby, plus he is STILL a Steeler, just a retired Steeler
